The Role

Join Tassal's hard-working team at our Dover processing factory, located 1 hour and 30 minutes south of Hobart.

n

As a Processing Cleaning Attendant, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean and sanitised factory environment, ensuring equipment is ready for the next day's production. This is a full time, permanent, afternoon shift role (3:00pm to 11:00pm).

n

Prior industrial or food production cleaning experience is preferred but not required, as we provide on-the-job training.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Clean and sanitise factory equipment and workspaces after production.
n
- Work as part of a small team to ensure the factory is ready for the next day's operations.
n
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
n
- Support a fast-paced production environment with a focus on efficiency and teamwork.
n

Role Requirements

- Full availability to work approximately 35 hours per week, including occasional weekends.
n
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
n
- Driver's licence and reliable transport to get to work (essential).
n
- A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on safety.
n
- Proof of working rights in Australia.
n
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical assessment and drug & alcohol screening.
