Reframe Psychology is a warm, established private psychology practice in Brisbane's inner west, and we're looking for an experienced Clinical Psychologist or Registered Psychologist to join our team for a minimum of three days per week.

n

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 FTE + superannuation, depending on experience, skills and endorsement.

n

We're particularly keen to hear from Clinical Psychologists, but the right clinician matters more to us than the endorsement.

n

We work with adolescents and adults across a broad range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, trauma, identity and self-esteem, neurodivergence, and gender and sexuality diversity.

n

Our practice is proudly LGBTIQ+ affirming, evidence-based and person-centred. We care about thoughtful formulation, meaningful therapy and creating a space where clients and clinicians can be themselves.

You'll have the independence to practise in a way that reflects your clinical style and areas of interest, while being part of a practice with strong clinical governance, clear systems and accessible support.

We've invested in the systems around clinical work too. Cliniko, Heidi Health and NovoPsych support our day-to-day clinical workflows, while Allie provides a central home for work instructions, practice resources and ongoing learning.

You'll have transparent processes to work from, structured onboarding, mentoring and support when you need it, without being micromanaged.

We're not interested in squeezing as many appointments as possible into a week. We want clinicians to build a sustainable caseload and do consistently good work.

Who we're looking for

n

You'll need to hold general registration as a psychologist with AHPRA and be eligible for a Medicare provider number.

n

Beyond that, we're looking for someone who is warm, clinically thoughtful and comfortable working independently while also valuing being part of a team.

n

take clinical documentation, communication and professional responsibilities seriously

n

are curious, reflective and open to continuing to develop your practice

n

want to work somewhere with high clinical standards without a culture of overwork

Experience working with LGBTIQ+ communities, neurodivergence, trauma, adolescents/young adults or complex presentations would be very welcome, but we don't expect one person to do everything.

Clinical endorsement is highly desirable but not essential.

n Hours: Minimum 3 days per week (0.6 FTE), with scope for additional days
n Salary: $100,000–$130,000 FTE + superannuation, commensurate with experience and endorsement
n Employment: Permanent part-time or full-time
