Job Description

Speech Pathologist – Full-Time or Part-Time Subcontractor $150 per session

n

Ellenbrook & Surrounding Areas | Established Paediatric Caseload | Flexible Work Week

n

ABC Speech Pathology is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our established paediatric practice, providing mobile services to children aged 2–12 years across Ellenbrook and surrounding areas.

n

This is an opportunity to step into an established caseload.

n

We are looking for someone seeking a full time position. However, we are equally happy to hear from the right clinician looking for 3 or 4 days per week.

n

As a subcontractor, you'll have a high level of professional autonomy, genuine flexibility over your working week and no KPIs or unnecessary productivity targets.

n

Why join ABC Speech Pathology?

n

An established caseload from the outset

n

Rather than starting from scratch and waiting for referrals, you'll take over an existing paediatric caseload, providing continuity of work from the beginning. We also have families currently waiting for services, providing additional work for a clinician seeking a full-time caseload.

n

Genuine flexibility

n

We understand that flexibility is about more than choosing which days you work.

n

While continuity for existing families will be important during the initial transition, once established you'll have the flexibility to reorganise appointments and structure your working week in a way that works for you.

n

No KPIs

n

We want clinicians to focus on providing quality therapy rather than meeting arbitrary numbers.

n

There are no KPIs, minimum billable-hour targets or pressure to overload your diary.

n

Professional autonomy

n

You'll be trusted to manage your caseload, clinical decisions and diary independently, without unnecessary micromanagement.

n

A localised caseload

n

Our mobile caseload is predominantly located across Ellenbrook and surrounding areas, helping to keep travel practical and your working day manageable.

n

Full-time work available

n

For clinicians seeking a full working week, we have existing clients together with families waiting for services, providing the opportunity for a five-day caseload.

n

If you're looking for greater work-life balance, we're also open to 3 or 4 days per week.

n

Remuneration

n

$150 per Standard Mobile Session

n

A standard session includes 50 minutes face-to-face therapy, 10 minutes for clinical notes and 15 minutes allocated travel time.

n

The role

n

You will provide assessment and intervention to children aged 2–12 years across a range of communication needs.

n

Services are predominantly delivered in homes, schools and community settings throughout Ellenbrook and surrounding areas.

n

You'll work independently while becoming part of an established practice with ongoing referrals and the option to access office space in Dayton when required.

n

About ABC Speech Pathology

n

ABC Speech Pathology is a registered NDIS provider delivering mobile Speech Pathology services to children aged 2–12 years across Ellenbrook and surrounding areas.

n

We believe clinicians do their best work when they are given professional trust, autonomy and control over their working week.

n

Our approach is deliberately straightforward: provide clinicians with a strong referral base, flexibility and the freedom to manage their work without unnecessary KPIs or rigid productivity expectations.

n

The opportunity

n

Full-time (5 days per week)

n

3–4 days per week also available

n

With an established caseload ready to transition and additional families waiting for services, you can step into consistent work from the outset while having the flexibility to shape the position around the way you prefer to work.

n

Interested?

n

We'd be happy to have an informal conversation about the role, current caseload, hours and how the position could work for you.

n
