Job Description

DotCollective is seeking a Delivery Lead to act as the operational backbone of a dedicated squad, ensuring structured delivery, explicit communication, and on-time shipping for major merchants.

You'll work alongside a Delivery Manager (Dedicated), handling day-to-day delivery, client coordination, QA, and squad operations to deliver confidence at scale. Hybrid/remote-first role with collaborative in-person sessions as needed.
