Reporting to the Forming Service Manager, the Job Change Operators will optimise the Job Change performance by performing tasks in the Hot End, Cold End and Quality Assurance.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Participating in all activities on job change in Hot End, Cold End and Audit as required
n
- Developing sound technical skills in setup and settle down across Hot End IS machine and Cold End inspection machines & Palletiser
n
- Ensuring high performance on lines by fixing defects, checking sets, follow up and remove CID's, tuning inspection and timely feedback of issues to the coordinators
n
- Actively participating in the Job Change development/improvement process
n
- Ensuring quality standards are met by checking ware and signing quality documentation on Job Change
n
- Contributing to the QA setup prior to Job Change, including quality gauges, specifications, and poly sprays




n
- Assist in writing and updating SOP's and maintaining job change databases
n
- Follow all safety and environmental protocols
n
- Working closely with Hot End, cold End and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow
n
