The Opportunity

n

- Lead, coach and develop a team of accountants.
n
- Review complex tax compliance and advisory work to a high technical standard.
n
- Manage a portfolio of business clients and become their trusted adviser.
n
- Provide proactive tax planning and commercial advice.
n
- Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and internal processes.
n
- Work alongside the Directors to help shape the future growth of the practice.

About You





n

n
- CA or CPA qualified.
n
- Extensive Australian public practice experience.
n
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
n
- Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
n
- Confident undertaking technical reviews and resolving complex tax issues.
n
- Commercially minded with aspirations to become a future business owner.
n
- Experience leading client meetings independently, from new client opportunities to advice delivery.
n
- Experience managing outsourced or offshore team members as part of service delivery.

Working Arrangement

- Minimum four days per week in our office with one work‐from‐home day each week.
n
- As soon as possible commencement.
