Responsibilities
n
n
- Assist in the successful delivery of the centre's community engagement events, programs and initiatives, providing administrative assistance and ensuring operational success and communication.
n
- Coordinate community partnerships, developing and managing strategic relationships, activities and events.
n
- Implement engagement plans aligned with Dilin Duwa's strategy, managing risks and reporting outcomes.
n
- Allocate and manage resources effectively to support community programs, ensuring timely contractor payments.
n
- Create engaging content for various communication channels to showcase Dilin Duwa's work to internal and external stakeholders.
n
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of programs, including regional workshops (e.g. Alice Springs – Mparntwe, Shepparton – Kanny Goopna, Broome – Rubibi, Yarrabah) and any new programmes developed by the centre.

Qualifications
n
n
- Degree or relevant experience in a large, complex service‐oriented environment.
n
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
n
- Experience developing and sustaining community relationships and partnerships.
n
- Track record in negotiating community engagement initiatives.
n
- High‐level organisational and time‐management skills.
n
- Cultural sensitivity and understanding when working with diverse community groups.
n
