About the Role

We are currently seeking a Casual Pharmacist in Charge to join our supportive and collaborative team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and patient-focused pharmacist who enjoys supporting a team while delivering exceptional healthcare services to the local community.

As the Pharmacist in Charge, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring skilled standards are maintained while supporting your team to provide outstanding customer care.

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Supporting the Pharmacist Manager and team in the daily operation of the pharmacy
n
- Ensuring the accurate and safe dispensing of medications
n
- Providing professional healthcare advice and counselling patients on the quality use of medicines
n
- Delivering professional pharmacy services, including vaccinations and other clinical services where applicable
n
- Managing dispensary workflow to ensure efficient and compliant operations
n
- Maintaining compliance with all pharmacy legislation, professional standards, and company policies
n
- Building strong relationships with customers and local healthcare providers
n
- Supporting the achievement of pharmacy service, professional care, and business objectives
n

About You

Ideally, you will have:

n

n
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent)
n
- Current General Registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Prepared to work as a pharmacist in charge at times (with training provided)
n
- Availability for additional shifts (when required)
n
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts (up to 8pm)
