3D Recruitment has been engaged to recruit a Site Manager for a successful Victorian commercial builder with an established portfolio across education, health, government and industrial sectors. This position offers autonomy, long-term stability and the opportunity to deliver diverse projects with the support of an experienced leadership team.

THE ROLE

n

n
- Oversee day-to-day site operations from commencement through to handover.
n
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and onsite personnel to maintain programme targets.
n
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
n
- Monitor construction progress and proactively resolve site issues.
n
- Liaise closely with clients, consultants and the internal project team.
n
- Maintain compliance with OH&S; requirements, site documentation and reporting.
n
- Drive productivity while maintaining solid attention to detail and workmanship.

YOU

n

n
- Previous experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial construction projects.
n
- Strong background managing projects within education, government, health, commercial or industrial sectors.
n
- Proven ability to lead subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades onsite.
n
- Excellent knowledge of construction sequencing, safety compliance and quality management.
n
- Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.
n
- Committed to delivering projects on time, within budget and to a high standard.
