About The Role
As part of the Bathroom Life team in Richmond, you’ll support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.
A Typical Day Will Involve
- Assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom products
- Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
- Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer’s dream to life
- Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
- Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely
We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:
- Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
- Might not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic,
takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow
- Is comfortable with a computer and is happy to learn new systems
- Is open to working various shifts, including weekends
- Wants to develop their career – either locally, within our network or head office (we love to promote people from within)
