The primary purpose of the Principal Consultant, Organisational Development is to lead the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of a range of organisational development and learning and development strategies and programs to build employee, team, leadership and organisational performance in line with TAFE SA's operational and strategic needs and foster a diverse, inclusive and dynamic culture which drives high levels of engagement and accountability. The incumbent plays a key role in the organisation by providing strategic support and expertise to build organisational capability.

What You'll Bring

- Proven Human Resource experience in organisational development, learning and development, people programs, and change or transformation initiatives, delivering projects and engagement activities that support business priorities.
n
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence at all levels with exceptional communication and engagement skills.
n
- Lead and deliver strategic people and culture projects, successfully managing competing priorities and deadlines.
n
- Use data-driven insights to develop and implement HR strategies, programs, and solutions aligned to business objectives.
n
- Champion employee engagement and continuous improvement, partnering with leaders to solve complex challenges and drive organisational success.
n

What You Need to Know

A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
