Jungle Busters is one of South East Queensland's leading commercial landscaping and grounds maintenance teams, looking after some of the region's most high-profile outdoor spaces.

We're looking for an experienced Planting Team Leader to join our landscaping team, based from our Lawnton Depot.
n
This role suits someone who can do more than simply know the job. We need a leader who can organise a crew, set the pace, maintain quality and make sure the work gets done safely and properly.

What you'll be doing
n
n
- Leading a crew undertaking commercial planting and landscaping works
n
- Coordinating day-to-day activities on site
n
- Setting clear expectations and keeping the team productive
n
- Reading the job, planning ahead and making sure materials and equipment are used effectively
n
- Maintaining quality and presentation standards
n
- Ensuring work is completed safely and in line with site requirements
n
- Working alongside the crew when required — this is a hands‐on leadership role
n
n
What we're looking for
n
You'll need:
n
n
- Certificate III in Horticulture
n
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
n
- Strong practical horticulture and landscaping knowledge
n
- Current Driver's Licence
n
- Current White Card
n
- Confidence directing and motivating a crew
n
- Positive communication and organisation skills
n
- A strong focus on safety, productivity and quality
n
n
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who takes ownership. Someone who sees what needs doing, gets the team moving and takes pride in delivering a great result.
