Job Description

GXO Logistics in Northampton is hiring an HR & Payroll Coordinator to support the full employee lifecycle on a brand-new retail site. You'll handle HR administration, onboarding, contracts and payroll coordination, working closely with the HR Manager to deliver a seamless people service from day one.

This full time role runs Monday to Friday, with 9:00–17:00 (or 8:00–16:00) and some flexibility to support 24/7 operations.
