About the Role:

You'll join us as aPatient Coordinator, becoming the warm, welcoming face of our new Brisbane clinic. From day one, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while also supporting the patient journey from enquiry through to treatment.

This is a customer service and sales-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, guiding decisions, and delivering results.

What You'll Be Doing

- Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth
n
- Manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs
n
- Handle phone and online enquiries with confidence and care
n
- Support patients through their treatment journey from initial enquiry to conversion
n
- Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks efficiently
n
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
n

About You

- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in customer service and/or sales

- Proven ability to build rapport and confidently guide conversations

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
