We're on the lookout for Christmas casual team members to join us at Skechers across our stores in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne!

If you're friendly, driven, and ready to deliver a standout customer experience, we want you on our team.

You'll be the face of the brand - welcoming customers, helping them find their perfect pair, and keeping the store looking excellent.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service that keeps people coming back
n
- Meet sales goals and support team KPIs
n
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards
n
- Assist with stock unpacking, replenishment, and organisation
n
- Work well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
n
- Bring energy, reliability, and a can-do attitude to every shift
n

What You'll Bring

- A genuine passion for customer service and retail
n
- Great communication skills and a team-first mindset
n




- Full availability from October 2026 to mid-January 2027 - especially weekends, late nights, Black Friday, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
n
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential)
