Our client is a leading beverage manufacturer, currently seeking a full-time permanent Production Supervisor to join their well-established Brisbane team.
n This position will oversee theafternoon shift production team, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
n

- Lead, train and mentor the afternoon shift production team
n
- Identify training needs and organise training sessions for production staff
n
- Monitor productivity rates and product standards; implement quality control programs
n
- Collaborate with management to implement company policies and goals
n
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role essential
n
- Experience within an FMCG environment ideal
n
- Strong leadership and training ability
n
- Experience meeting production deadlines, targets and KPIs
n
n
