About the RoleThis is a hands-on kitchen position working across our café and catering operations. The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast, lunch and catering menu items while maintaining exceptional food safety and quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and service standards.
n
Assist with daily food preparation and kitchen mise en place.
n
Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation and portion control.
n
Monitor stock levels and assist with stock rotation and inventory control.
n
Maintain a clean and organised work environment. Comply with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.
n
Assist with catering production and event preparation as required.
n
Work collaboratively with chefs, cooks and front-of-house staff during busy service periods.
n
Skills and Experience RequiredMinimum two years' experience as a Cook in a commercial kitchen.
n
Relevant Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification preferred.
n
Experience in high-volume café, restaurant or catering environments.
n
Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
n
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.

Position DetailsFull-time position (38 hours per week)Location: Bondi Beach, NSWSalary: $79,423 – $82,000 per annum plus superannuation, depending on skills and experienceImmediate start availableIf you are passionate about hospitality and producing quality food, we would love to hear from you.
