Contract: 12 Months + potential to extend

Rate: $100 - $130 p/hr + super

The Opportunity

n

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Benefits Manager to lead the establishment and embedding of benefits realisation practices across a strategic portfolio. You will ensure major investments translate into measurable organisational, operational, financial, and community outcomes.

Your Role

n

n
- Establish and continuously improve advantages management frameworks, methodologies, tools, and governance processes across the portfolio.
n
- Work with senior executives, program and project leaders, finance, and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into measurable benefits and outcomes.
n
- Provide benefits analysis and advice to governance forums, business cases, investment decisions, gate reviews, and assurance activities.
n
- Develop and oversee key deliverables including benefits registers, profiles, maps, realisation plans, and executive reporting.

About You

n

n
- Demonstrated experience establishing and leading benefits realisation practices within a complex organisation.
n
- Strong experience with business cases, investment proposals, executive reporting, and governance forums.
n




- The ability to engage, influence, and facilitate with senior executives and diverse stakeholder groups.
n
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to turn strategic objectives into measurable outcomes.
n
- Knowledge of recognised benefits management approaches such as MSP, APMG Benefits Management, or P3M.
