Trusted by hundreds of Australian businesses, its platform helps SMEs take greater control of their Google Ads and Meta Ads, supported by expert coaching, strategic guidance and ongoing support.

This isn't a traditional agency campaign management role. Instead, you'll coach and consult to business owners, helping them understand their data, optimise performance and generate better quality leads.

What you'll be doing:

- Coach businesses on conversion-focused Google Ads and Meta Ads strategies.
n
- Deliver 1:1 consulting sessions, analysing performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
n
- Turn complex campaign data into transparent, actionable recommendations.
n
- Facilitate workshops and group coaching sessions.
n
- Help clients optimise campaigns, conversion funnels and lead generation.
n




- Build trusted relationships with a portfolio of growing businesses.
n
- Hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience, ideally focused on lead generation.
n
- Strong understanding of CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CVR and customer acquisition.
n
- The ability to analyse campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
n
- Knowledge of landing pages, conversion funnels and lead nurturing.
n
- A natural communicator who can simplify technical concepts for business owners.

- Someone who genuinely enjoys coaching, problem-solving and helping others succeed.
