La Louisiane, Tarantino's, Anchovy Bandit, Bandit Pizza and Wine, The Stag Public House, Bottega Bandito (x2) and 2 more venues opening within the next 9 months.

About You

We are seeking candidates who are service-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a structured and high-pressure environment. You will have a genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering memorable, elevated service.

The Role

n

In this role, you will be working closely with our FOH & BOH Teams, Big Easy Group (BEG) Operations, BEG Finance & BEG Marketing teams.

n

- Delivering guest experiences that exceed expectations.
n




- Ensuring guest experience metrics are achieved, through knowledgeable, passionate table-side service.
n
- Meet the financial KPIs (Wages cost & Cost of Goods)
n
- Rostering to forecasted revenue
n
- Beverage Program (in conjunction with our Operations team resources)
n
- Assist in planning, organising and executing functions & events
n
- Lead the team coaching junior staff, and develop talent.
n
- Ensuring the venue is presented & organised to standard at all times
n
- Work in collaboration with the kitchen team
n
- Host & manage shifts
n
- Warm, friendly, and approachable
