Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking for your next opportunity across the South West?

n

Our client is a well-established electrical contractor delivering a range of commercial projects across the Torbay to Plymouth area, and they are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team.

n

Experience working on NHS, healthcare and commercial/industrialprojects would be highly advantageous.

n

The Role

n

You will be responsible for managing electrical projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

n

n
- Managing electrical projects across the Torbay, South Devon and Plymouth areas
n
- Overseeing projects from pre-construction through to completion
n
- Managing site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
n
- Liaising with clients, consultants and project stakeholders
n
- Monitoring programme, costs and project delivery
n
- Ensuring all works are completed to the required quality and safety standards
n




- Attending site meetings and providing regular project updates
n
- Managing project documentation, RAMS and health & safety requirements
n
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
n

Requirements

n

n
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager
n
- Strong commercial and project management experience
n
- Experience delivering commercial electrical projects
n
- NHS / healthcare experience highly desirable but not essential
n
- ECS card – essential
n
- SMSTS – essential
n
- Good understanding of electrical installations and construction processes
n
- Solid communication and organisational skills
n
- Full UK driving licence
n
