Australian Lamb Colac / Minerva Foods is located in Southwest Victoria, at 1 Tristania Drive, Colac, Victoria 3250. We are looking for 30 Meat Process workers.

General duties of the Meat Process worker include:

n

- Trimming, cutting, slicing.
n
- Separating and sorting organs and meat.
n
- Operation of equipment and machinery.
n
- Clean and sterilize work areas,
n
- Moving carcasses
n
- General labouring throughout chillers, boning room, and slaughter floor.
n
- Ability and willingness to learn - experience welcome but not required
n

Applicants must be:

- Fit, healthy, and able to work in a physically challenging role.
n
- Ability to work in a quick-paced and repetitive environment
n
- Able to follow and comply with instructions.
n




- MUST BE willing to relocate to the Colac region or live within a reasonable commute
n

Pay and conditions for these roles fall under the Australian Lamb Colac, Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement 2022.

n

The Meat Process Worker (EA Level 1-5 positions. Full-time and casual positions are available. Earning an hourly rate of $26.44 - $37.46 dependent on skill, plus allowances. Commencement Date: Any date between 1 July 2026 and 31 August 2026 (as agreed).

Duration of Employment: Ongoing, subject to the terms and conditions of employment.
