We are currently recruiting on behalf of a specialist telehealth private practice seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join their supportive and values-driven team.

The Opportunity

- Part time/Full-Time position, with the flexibility to work approximately 3–5 days per week
n
- Flexible working hours — shorter or longer days can be accommodated
n
- Fully remote / telehealth-based
n
- Salaried position
n
- Salary equivalent of approximately $43–$54 per hour, depending on experience
n

About You
n
We are looking for a Speech Pathologist who:
n
n
- Has at least 2 years of clinical experience
n
- Is passionate about working with neurodivergent children, adolescents and young adults
n
- Has a robust commitment to strengths-based and neurodiversity-affirming practice
n
- Is confident delivering therapy via telehealth or interested in developing their telehealth skills
n
- Takes a person-centred approach and is focused on improving participation, communication and quality of life
n
- Is a strong communicator who enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients and families
n
- Is motivated, professional and able to work independently within a supportive team
n
