Location: Avalon National Distribution Centre, Victoria – inbound team.

Responsibilities
n
n
- Manage daily work plans and prioritise tasks within the team.
n
- Apply and maintain standard operating procedures to meet planned KPIs.
n
- Identify and implement initiatives to improve efficiency, safety and service.
n
- Ensure compliance with safety policy and procedures, including HVNL/CoR.
n
- Utilise knowledge of WMS dispatch systems and freight carrier software.
n
- Provide training, guidance and ongoing support to the team.
n
- Assist in maintaining and developing warehouse operations systems and procedures for product handling, storage, receiving, equipment utilisation, inventory management and shipping.
