Your new company Our client is a leading specialist subcontractor delivering ceiling, partition and plastering packages across some of the Gold Coast's largest high-rise residential and mixed-use developments. With a strong pipeline of secured projects and partnerships with prominent builders, they have built a reputation for quality delivery, safety, and reliability. Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Ceiling & Partition Supervisor to oversee multiple projects across the Gold Coast.

Your new role

n

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all on-site ceiling and partition works across a number of active projects. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on program and to the highest quality standards whilst maintaining strong relationships with builders, subcontractors and site teams.

Key responsibilities

n

- Supervising ceiling, partition and plastering installation works across multiple projects
n
- Managing and coordinating subcontractors to ensure productivity and programme targets are achieved
n
- Liaising with Site Managers, Project Managers and builder representatives
n
- Conducting site inspections and quality assurance checks
n




- Managing site safety compliance and toolbox meetings
n
- Monitoring labour allocations, materials and site resources
n
- Identifying and resolving construction issues proactively
n
- Maintaining project schedules and reporting progress to management
n

What you'll need to succeed

n

n
- Proven experience supervising ceiling and partition packages on commercial or high-rise construction projects
n
- Strong understanding of plasterboard systems, suspended ceilings and lightweight partitions
n
- Ability to manage subcontractors across multiple projects simultaneously
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and site compliance requirements
n
- Trade qualification in plastering, carpentry or a related discipline is highly regarded
n
