Job Description

Delaware North Australia & New Zealand is seeking a full time Functions Supervisor at the MCG to lead event setup, service, and pack-down, coordinating with functions, sales and operations teams, including kitchens to deliver exceptional guest experiences at a premier sports and entertainment venue.

You will inspect venues, manage timelines, arrange dining areas and equipment, and ensure readiness and presentation.
