Feros Care is seeking an experienced HR Strategic Business Partner to join the People Experience Team on a contract through to 30 June 2027, with potential for extension. The role is offered in a hybrid mode with a Coolangatta office and option to work remotely.
You'll provide expert coaching, lead strategic people initiatives, support workforce planning and capability development, and mentor others across the team while delivering practical people solutions to leaders across the organisation.
