We're looking for a Risk Analyst to join a growing, supportive, and innovative team in the insurance industry. If you have 2 years of experience in a risk, compliance, or quality assurance role within insurance or financial services, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:

- Enhance Risk & Compliance: Play a key role in managing risk across home insurance products, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations, including expert knowledge of CPS 230.
n
- Lead and Facilitate: Enhance internal risk controls, detection mechanisms and response capabilities across Products and Claims & Assessing function.
n
- Improve Internal Controls: Work closely with the Quality Assurance function to improve risk detection, response capabilities, and control environments.
n
- Collaborate & Engage: Use your exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders, providing expert advice on risk and compliance matters.
n

What We're Looking For:

n
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within insurance or financial services.
n




- Expert knowledge of CPS 230 and understanding of regulatory compliance obligations.
n
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to manage internal relations effectively.
n
- A passion for risk management, quality assurance, and home insurance products.
n
- The ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and providing valuable insights.
