The Day-to-Day
n

- General Labouring: Setting up and stripping concrete moulds, assisting with pours, and keeping production moving smoothly.
n
- Tack Welding: Using basic welding techniques to safely assemble and secure steel reinforcement cages.
n
- Pipe Distribution: Collaborating to safely maneuver and organize concrete pipes and materials across our busy yard.
n

What You Bring

- Physical Capability: The stamina and fitness for an active day on your feet, including regular manual handling and lifting (must pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen).
n
- Safety First: A valid Construction White Card and a strong, proactive commitment to keeping yourself and your team safe.
n
- Practical Experience: A background in manual work and comfort safely operating standard hand and power tools.
n
- Team Spirit: A reliable, positive attitude and a willingness to pitch in and learn current skills on the job.
