API Business Analyst (Contract)

We're supporting a leading organisation in the software industry that's rolling out a major API integration program. They're looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between customers, vendors, and technical teams to ensure smooth, scalable integrations.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Partnering with customers and software vendors to gather integration requirements
n
- Driving end-to-end API integrations (scoping → delivery → go-live)
n
- Translating business needs into clear technical requirements
n
- Ensuring integrations are documented, tested, and delivered on time
n
- Acting as the key contact point across multiple projects
n

What you'll bring

- Proven BA experience in API or system integration projects
n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
n
