About the role

n

The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day packing operations and providing clear direction to a team of operators. You will ensure production schedules, operating instructions, and shift tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with quality and regulatory standards.

Roster:

rotating 12-hour shifts across a 24/7 operation

n

Location:

Northern suburbs, Brisbane

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and site quality standards
n
- Supervise automated packing lines to achieve throughput, efficiency,



and OEE targets
n
- Optimise labour allocation and support effective shift handovers
n
- Work closely with maintenance on fault-finding and troubleshooting
n
- Coach, develop, and manage performance of packing operators
n

n

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the following:

n

n
- Leadership within a process manufacturing or automated packing workplace
n
- FMCG, food manufacturing, or packaging operations (highly regarded)
n
- Mechanical aptitude with exposure to automation, sensors, PLCs, or fault-finding
n
- Working collaboratively with maintenance, QA, and logistics teams
n
- Continuous improvement frameworks such as LEAN, TPM, or 5S
n
- Solid communication, judgement, and people leadership capability
n
- Comfortable with rotating shift pattern
