The Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering electrical cables and electrical products to project sites throughout metropolitan Adelaide.
n
The role will primarily involve metro deliveries, with occasional rural deliveries required.
n
The company currently operates three trucks, with the largest truck carrying a 7-tonne payload.
n
Key Requirements
n
To be successful, you will need:
n

- Current MR Truck Licence
n
- Current Forklift Licence
n
- Proven experience driving medium rigid trucks
n
- Experience with deliveries and loading/unloading
n
- Good knowledge of Adelaide metropolitan roads
n
- A strong commitment to safety
n
- Excellent reliability and time management
n
- Good communication and customer service skills
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Flexibility to undertake occasional rural deliveries
n

What You'll Be Doing
n

- Delivering electrical cables and products to project sites
n
- Primarily servicing metropolitan Adelaide
n
- Occasional rural deliveries
n
- Loading and unloading goods safely
n
- Operating a forklift where required
n
- Ensuring deliveries arrive safely and on time
n
- Completing required delivery documentation
n
- Maintaining the vehicle and reporting any issues
n
- Representing the company professionally when dealing with customers and project sites
n
