OVERVIEW:

Our client is one of the world's leading commercial real estate and investment management companies. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Property Manager ready to step into a General Manager role, overseeing four of Adelaide's premium commercial assets on behalf of a renowned national institutional landlord. This is a senior leadership role with strong onsite support, including three Facilities Managers, an Assistant Property Manager and dedicated Accounts & Administration support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the day to day management and performance of the portfolio
n
- Act as the key contact for the landlord, tenants and stakeholders
n
- Build and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships
n
- Oversee budgets, reporting, outgoings and financial performance
n
- Manage lease administration, renewals and leasing matters
n
- Lead, support and mentor the wider property management team
n
- Oversee maintenance, compliance, risk and WHS requirements
n
- Prepare regular reporting on asset and portfolio performance
n
- Support tenant retention, activations and broader asset initiatives
n
- Liaise with solicitors, consultants and other key stakeholders
n

CRITERIA:

n

n
- Senior commercial property management experience. Ideally with A Grade/Premium assets, or exposure to redevelopments
n
- Experience with multi-site portfolio management preferred
n
- Ability to lead high performing team and enjoy mentoring
n
- Strong financial/reporting capabilities
n
- Excellent tenant and customer relationship skills
n
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
n
- Availability for Interstate travel up to twice P/A
n
