As the Store Manager for HANARO MART, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store located in Brisbane. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service, and a passion for the retail industry.

Work Location : Pacific Epping, 571-583 High St, Epping VIC 3076

Key responsibilities

Manage and motivate a team of retail associates to provide excellent customer service

Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock control

Ensure that the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth

Analyse store performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints

Collaborate with the regional management team to achieve store and company objectives

About you

Minimum 5-10 people team management experience required

1 year of retail management experience is required for this position





Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in both Korean and English
