Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicatedReceptionist to join our team in apermanent position, commencing 12 October,or as negotiated. This role will be 45 weeks a year with 3half-days per week, working ~0.3FTE, with 7 weeks of paid leave.

The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of theSchool, fostering a caring and supportive Christian community. Youwill provide compassionate support and exceptional service to allwho walk through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
- Be the welcoming face of the College, deliveringexceptional service and support to students, families, staffand visitors.
n
- Manage reception operations, enquiries, attendance recordsand administrative processes with accuracy, professionalism andconfidentiality.
n
- Provide administrative support and assist with first aid,ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the school.
n
- Thrive in a collaborative team environment, usinginitiative, organisation and strong communication skills todeliver quality support and meet deadlines.
n
- Communicate with professionalism, discretion andconfidence, delivering exceptional service in a fast-pacedenvironment.
n
- Bring a positive, professional and detail-orientedapproach, balancing priorities with accuracy andreliability.
n
- Demonstrates a personal commitment to Jesus Christ, regularchurch attendance, and alignment with SCEA's Statement of Faithand Christian lifestyle values.
n
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of ateam and independently when required.
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engageeffectively with students, parents, staff and otherprofessionals.
n
- Robust computer skills and the ability to learn newsoftware systems quickly.
n
- Ability to act with discretion, confidentiality, andprofessionalism at all times.
n
- Current Working with Children Check and Department ofEducation Criminal History Clearance (or willingness toobtain).
n

Desirable Selection Criteria:
n

- Previous experience in a receptionist, administration, orcustomer service role.
n
- Experience working within a school or educationenvironment.
n
- Knowledge of student management systems isadvantageous.
n
