Mining & Project Logistics is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our busy warehouse operation based in Hendra.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory control
- Manage warehouse personnel and performance
- Ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking and dispatch of freight
- Maintain high levels of customer service, productivity and safety
- Drive continuous improvement of warehouse processes and systems
About you
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing a busy warehouse environment
- Robust warehouse management and operational leadership skills
- Experience working in a pick and pack environment
- Proven ability to manage, motivate and lead warehouse staff
- Strong systems and computer skills, including warehouse management systems
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to workplace safety and operational efficiency
