Australian Venue Co. is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead the kitchen at Raffles Hotel in Applecross, Perth, on the banks of the Swan River. You’ll report to the Head Chef and drive a busy service across pub dining, functions and events.
You will mentor and develop the kitchen team, maintain top-quality food and presentation, and uphold food safety and hygiene standards while supporting menu execution and stock control. This is a hands-on, leadership role within a renowned riverside venue.
