About Divine Nursing Services

Divine Nursing Services is a registered healthcare and disability support provider delivering nursing, clinical assessment, training and community-based supports across South Australia. We support people with a broad range of health and disability-related needs, including NDIS participants and private clients.

We are seeking a compassionate, competent and reliable Registered Nurse to join our growing clinical team and provide high-quality nursing services within the community.

About the Role

The Registered Nurse will provide person-centred nursing care, clinical assessments, education and ongoing clinical support to clients in their homes and community settings.

Depending on qualifications, experience and demonstrated competency, responsibilities may include:

- Conducting comprehensive clinical nursing assessments and reviews
- Developing and reviewing nursing care plans and clinical recommendations
- Continence assessments and continence-related nursing support
- Catheter and suprapubic catheter management
- Stoma care and assessment
- Enteral feeding and PEG-related nursing support
- Complex bowel care and management
- Wound assessment and wound care
- Medication-related nursing support and clinical monitoring
- Monitoring changes in health status and escalating clinical concerns appropriately
- Liaising with GPs, allied health professionals, support coordinators, families and other members of the multidisciplinary team
- Providing education and competency-based training to disability support workers and carers where appropriate
- Maintaining accurate, timely and qualified clinical documentation, progress notes and reports




- Working within relevant legislation, professional standards, organisational policies and the Registered Nurse scope of practice

About You

To be considered, you must have:

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Bachelor of Nursing or recognised equivalent qualification
- Current Australian working rights
- Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Access to a reliable and appropriately insured vehicle
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in community settings while recognising when clinical escalation is required
- Strong commitment to person-centred care, dignity, choice and professional boundaries

Desirable Experience

Experience in one or more of the following will be highly regarded:

- Community nursing
- Disability or NDIS services
- Continence nursing
- Catheter or stoma management
- PEG/enteral feeding
- Complex bowel care
- Wound management
- Clinical staff training and competency assessment
- Complex or high-intensity support environments
