MECCA is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Night Shift leadership team on a fixed-term contract until January 2028 at our Melbourne distribution centre. You will lead and coach a team to deliver daily targets while maintaining safety, quality, productivity and service, and work closely with Operations Managers to keep the operation running smoothly.
You will use data and KPIs to drive performance, manage priorities and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture.
