They're now looking for an experienced Payroll or Senior Payroll Officer to own end-to-end payroll and be the trusted go-to for all things pay, compliance, and reporting. This is an initial 3 months fixed‑term contract with a very high chance of permanency.

Nuts & Bolts
- Working in a team of 3, managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and on‑time payroll cycles (ADP experience a bonus, not essential)
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end management reports
- Handle month-end and year-end reconciliations between payroll and finance systems
- Deliver payroll tax filings, superannuation, and year-end reporting
- Support internal and external audits, liaising with agencies and auditors as needed
- Mentor and support junior payroll staff, promoting best practice
- Keep the business ahead of payroll legislation changes and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Get involved in process improvement and general finance admin as needed
