Job Description

Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Senior Exercise Physiologist to orchestrate the Concord Centre for SOLID Medicine at Concord Repatriation General Hospital. Based at the hospital, you will lead the STRONG service, coordinate multidisciplinary care and drive program development and quality improvement.

You will supervise Exercise Physiology staff, mentor colleagues, and contribute to policy development while delivering patient-centred care for older adults living with chronic disease
