YFS in the Logan, Redlands and surrounding areas is seeking a Youth Development Coach to provide outreach coaching and case management for young people transitioning from care. You will work with young people, carers and service providers to support goals, housing, mental health and education.
You will need at least three years’ experience with young people and an understanding of leaving care challenges. This is a 2 x full‑time maximum term role commencing as soon as possible and ending 30 June
