About the Role
NUCREW is seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters for ongoing maintenance and project works across leading lithium and alumina operations in Southwest WA.

You’ll be carrying out preventative, corrective and breakdown maintenance across a range of fixed plant equipment, helping ensure safe, reliable and productive plant operation while working within experienced maintenance teams.

With multiple roster options, competitive day and night shift rates and quality camp facilities, these roles are ideal for experienced Fixed Plant Fitters looking for consistent work and long-term opportunities.

Duties Include

- Preventative, corrective and breakdown maintenance on fixed plant equipment
- Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs
- Planned and scheduled maintenance activities




- Component change-outs and equipment repairs
- Working across fixed plant and refinery environments
- Maintaining safe work practices and site compliance
- Working effectively within site maintenance teams

Requirements

- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate – Mechanical Fitter
- Fixed Plant and/or Refinery Maintenance Experience (Mandatory)
- Current Confined Space Entry (CSE)
- Current Working at Heights (WAH)
- Current EWP ticket
- Rigging & Forklift tickets beneficial
- Strong focus on safety and teamwork
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical & Drug & Alcohol Screening
