Mind Australia is seeking a Service Manager to lead the Adult Step-Up Step-Down service in Bundaberg. You will oversee the team and all aspects of service delivery to provide high-quality, recovery-oriented supports for clients, families and carers.
The role focuses on service performance, budget targets, stakeholder collaboration and a robust commitment to lived experience and cultural safety. The position is fixed-term, part-time (30.4 hours/week) until 31 December 2027, based in Bundaberg.
