Job Description

LDK Seniors Living in Weston Amberfield, Canberra, seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver safe, person-centred care to residents. You will work with a team-oriented care team, performing clinical assessments, developing care plans and supporting clinical decision-making to meet each resident's needs.

You will supervise Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants, coordinate with GPs, pharmacies and external services, ensuring nursing practice aligns with NMBA standards and LDK policies.
