Linden Cook Jewellery is seeking an Impression™ Customer Service & Operations specialist in Melbourne to bridge customer service and production for Impression™ pieces. You’ll handle inquiries, guide customers through the impression process, and help manage wax kits, orders, and documentation.
You will support impressions processing, coordinate with the production team, and participate in quality checks to ensure the highest LC standards. Weekend events may be required.
