Victoria Point Sharks Sporting Club is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our busy Bistro and own day-to-day operations. You’ll be a strong leader, highly organised and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while on the floor with the team.

You will work closely with the Head Chef and senior management, coach front-of-house staff, manage rosters and wage costs, handle recruitment and training, and ensure high standards across lunch and dinner services, RSA/WHS
