- Build and mould the planning function
n
- Be part of a rapidly growing business

The Role
n
n
- Leading the demand planning function for both retail and wholesale streams.
n
- Creating and driving the systems for the roll out of S&OP; processes
n
- Creating forecasts and models through excel
n
- Leading the implementation and delivery of the newERP system
n
- Identifying areas for improvement and change
n
- Effectively collaborating with internal stakeholders
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
- Minimum 5 years in a fast-paced, dynamic planning workplace
n
- A strong understanding of demand planning and statistical forecasting
n
- A deep understanding of S&OP; and implementation
n
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
n
- Strong excel and systems knowledge (SAP IBP advantageous)
n
n
