TLH Recruitment is proudly representing a manufacturer of fresh foods based in Homebush, they are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Site Training & Safety Coordinator to join their team! This opportunity is an ongoing casual position with the potential to be made permanent for the right person

n

Position Purpose

n

The Site Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and delivering site-based training to ensure employees are competent, compliant and confident in their roles. The position supports site management with inductions, training records and workplace safety initiatives.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Coordinate and deliver site inductions, training and refresher sessions.
n
- Develop and maintain training materials and presentations.
n
- Conduct site walkthroughs and familiarisation for new employees, labour hire workers and contractors.
n
- Maintain accurate training matrices, competency records and training registers.
n
- Monitor training completion and refresher requirements.
n
- Conduct toolbox talks and provide ongoing training support to employees.
n
- Support HSRs with workplace inspections, safety walks and hazard identification.
n
- Assist with basic risk assessments and follow-up of corrective actions.
n




- Work with site leadership to identify current and future training requirements.
n
- Ensure all training documentation is accurate, current and audit-ready.
n
- Assist with other training, safety and operational activities as required.
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Experience in workplace training, safety or site-based operations.
n
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
n
- Ability to develop clear and practical training materials.
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
n
- Confident working with frontline employees, supervisors and management.
n
- Practical, proactive and safety-focused approach.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) – Desirable
n
- WHS qualification – Desirable
n
- Food manufacturing/FMCG experience – Desirable
n
