Responsibilities

n

n
- Assist with day-to-day campaign execution across key digital and operational channels, ensuring bookings and specifications align with established guidelines.
n
- Coordinate entry-level production workflows, tracking approvals, creative assets, and timelines to keep active campaigns on schedule.
n
- Monitor and flag potential delays or workflow risks to Campaign Managers and operational leads.
n
- Collate and basic-check digital media assets against predefined technical specifications and guidelines.
n
- Support allocation, scheduling and content changes across Digital Screen Network portals (DOOH) to ensure accurate campaign flighting.
n
- Serve as a responsive point of contact for basic screen content and scheduling inquiries
n
- Assist in maintaining accurate booking records, inventory statuses,



and updates within campaign management systems.
n
- Generate routine operational reports and track campaign lifecycle statuses for internal updates.
n
- Perform ad hoc project administration tasks as required to support team workflows
n

Skills

n

n
- Prior experience in media operations, campaign delivery, or administrative support roles.
n
- General understanding of digital media formats, Out of Home (OOH) media, or retail advertising environments.
n
- Working knowledge of content management systems (CMS), booking platforms, and core software applications (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).
n
- Robust organisational skills with the ability to check data and media file formats accurately.
n
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment and meet set timelines.
n
- Clear verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with internal operational partners.
